Nationally recognized in civil trial practice, David J. Hoey has passionately advocated for elderly victims of abuse and neglect for the past two decades. Having first joined the revolution in 2010 and by 2012, teaching it to others, Mr. Hoey has quickly become a staple in the fight against tort reform. As the dean of the Keenan Ball College, Mr. Hoey strives to help students master winning techniques not only inside the courtroom, but in their practices as well.

"Attorney David Hoey help me and our family through a very difficult time, as my mother was poorly cared for and mistreated at her nursing home, a place we had trusted. I thank him from the bottom of my heart for all the hard work he did. I can now put my mother peacefully to rest. Attorney Hoey is a wonderful person and should be proud of the profession he is in. I would recommend Attorney Hoey to anyone in need of a nursing home attorney."

"I endorse David Hoey with no reservations whatsoever. I have known David for about ten years now since we both handle cases involving nursing home abuse and neglect. Although I am based in St. Louis, Missouri, I was working on a case based in Iowa that involved an ownership company in Massachusetts. David was happy to help me with the procedural issues required by Massachusetts to allow me to proceed against that entity…David Hoey should be the first attorney you call."

"David is highly knowledgeable in the medical malpractice area. He has personally helped out on several personal cases as well as referrals provided from my office. There is no one better than David."
